CTC Cowboy Camp Registration will be open March 1, 2026, to June 7, 2026
Camp dates: (Monday thru Thursday) June 15 - 17, 2026 from 8AM to 3PM
Check in will open at 7am June 15-17, 2026
Rodeo Day
Thursday, June 18, 2026, starts at 8AM at the indoor arena
Check in will open at 7AM on June 18, 2026, at the indoor arena
Verification:
Cowboy Camp ages are 8yrs old to 18yrs old
Age verification is required
Jr. Leaders ages will be 15yrs - 18yrs olds
Age verification is required - Birth Certificate
Registration is required to be a Jr Leader.
During registration each day breakfast, snacks, and drinks will be provided for all campers and visitors.
All campers, Jr leaders, and visitors will be required to sign-in at the registration table in the white building. (no exceptions)
Cost per Camper & Jr leader $125.00
Registration is now open!! Each camper and Jr leader will be required to register online. There's a minimum deposit of $25.00 per camper and Jr leader at time of registration. Payments are allowed online and balance should be paid no later than June 7, 2026.
Please print and complete liability form for your camper and Jr leader that will be attending camp and posse grounds – you are welcome to email this form any time before camp. Please email form to [email protected] no later than June 7th

Registration is limited to 75 campers & Jr leaders.
Online registration will offer a waitlist once we reach 75 campers.
