Please mark your calendars for Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Cedar Chase Golf Course. Check-in starts at 12:00 PM and the golf outing starts 1:00 PM, shotgun style. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and other raffle prizes.
4-Person Team cost is $350 or $90 per golfer. This cost will include 18 holes, snacks, and dinner at the conclusion. Payment must be received by September 19th to secure your spot. Registration and payment information are in the Google Form link below:
