Lesson starts at 7pm, social dance starts at 8pm.

Need a New Year’s resolution? Learn to dance (or bring your friends who keep saying they want to learn)! Start the year off right by getting your groove on. Michael will return to CSDS to teach a beginner lesson and then spin some great tunes.
Mr. Recant was one of the founding members of The Dance Space in 1992. He, and his business partner Ginny Engler, continue the tradition of a dance facility in Richmond, VA, that provides floor space to dance instructors and dance groups from a wide variety of dance styles. He has been teaching beginning private lessons and group classes in the Richmond Metro area for over 20 years and enjoys a reputation as being both an excellent teacher and making Ballroom/Latin/Swing dance understandable and fun.
ADMISSION:
- $10 CSDS members or students (with student ID)
- $15 General admission
