Croydon Health & Lifestyle Team, invite you to join us for Dinner with the Doctor. This event offers an insightful health presentation from Dr Chidi Ngwaba, on "How to stay out of Hospital!" and will cover:

• Issues including diet, sugar, and lifestyle​
• The quality of the information / treatment / medicine given to people before, during, and after a hospital stay.​

Following this guests will enjoy a delicious whole food plant based meal and an opportunity to ask Dr Chidi questions about the topics presented.

Dr Chidi Ngwaba (MB, BS) is a leading lifestyle doctor and British physician who specialises in lifestyle medicine, including reversing illnesses such as type-2 diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune diseases and obesity. He trained in Surgery, General Practice & Lifestyle Medicine at Cambridge, UCL, and Johns Hopkins, USA.

Dr Chidi is a founding Director of the European Society of Lifestyle Medicine (now ELMO)and has over 20 years of experience as a national and international Health and Wellness speaker, including a TEDx talk on Reversing Disease (2013). In 2016, he received a national award in leadership for his work on reversing disease. As well as lecturing at Cambridge, John Hopkins, and Columbia universities, he has also spoken at or chaired conferences at Loma Linda, Andrews, and La Sierra Universities in America.

Dr Chidi is the director and founder of a Lifestyle Medicine Clinic in London’s famous Harley Street and serves as ambassador for the organisation, Plant Based Health Professionals UK. He has also founded two successful and award-winning healthy restaurants.

Dr Chidi has spent 6 years as Health Ministry Director and 6 years as Men’s Ministry Director for the South England Conference (SEC) of Seventh-day Adventists. He has also been an ordained church elder for over 30 years, serving throughout the SEC.
