Experience the power and passion of flamenco as award-winning dancer Rafael Ramírez presents his latest work, Crónica de un Suceso (Chronicle of a Time That Was), at the Alberta Rose Theatre on Monday, October 20.
Premiered at the prestigious 2025 Flamenco Festival de Jerez (Spain), Crónica de un Suceso earned Rafael the Artista Revelación award (Best New Artist), solidifying his place as one of flamenco’s most compelling new voices.
A journey through time, Crónica de un Suceso pays tribute to Antonio Gades, one of the most iconic flamenco dancers in history - blending tradition, innovation, and deep emotional resonance.
