It doesn’t matter if you are an experienced crystal therapist or a complete novice … all are welcome to our in-person one-day workshop. I aim to provide a safe, happy environment where you can explore crystals, receive some healing, and build up your knowledge, skills and sensitivity to crystal energy.
We will start the day focusing on the mind and looking at crystals which are believed to help with stress, depression and anxieties. Techniques with the subtle bodies and meridians will then be a demonstrated for you to try out. Everyone will give and receive a crystal healing treatment to support your physical body and the group will make a crystal grid to help us connect with our soul. The day will end with a guided meditation.
