Introduction to Crystals – Level 1 Workshop
We’re excited to be invited to Champneys to hold our famous crystal workshop!
If you’ve ever wondered how to use, cleanse, and connect with crystals, this is the perfect day to explore their magic.

Led by Master Crystal Teacher Paddy Regan and his fiancé Laura (Advanced Crystal Healer & Reiki Master), the day is packed with hands-on experience, covering:
・What crystals are and where they come from
・Different types and shapes and how to use them
・Cleansing, charging, and programming crystals
・Basic understanding of the 7 Chakras
…and much more!
You’ll also get the chance to handle a wide variety of crystals, something that can’t be fully appreciated online, and take away practical knowledge to get the best from your own crystals.
