Join this workshop to explore how crystals can support the balance and alignment of your seven main chakras.
When our chakras are balanced, energy can flow more freely through the body, supporting emotional wellbeing, clarity and a sense of inner harmony. During this workshop, you will learn how each chakra relates to different aspects of your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and how crystals can be used to support balance.
During this workshop, you will:

✨ Explore simple techniques to bring balance to your energy
