🌿 Join Us for a Creative Poetry Walking Experience

Step into this unique opportunity to walk, connect with like‑minded people and spark your creativity in the heart of nature.

As you wander through the landscape, you will hear specially selected readings shared by local author, inspirational poet and assertiveness coach Dr Antje Bothin, the founder of Assertive Voices and an experienced health walk leader with Get Walking Lanarkshire. This will include heartwarming poetry from her new book 'Poems of Hope', which is available on Amazon.

These moments are designed to inspire you as you craft your own personal poem or piece of prose as an uplifting reminder of the day.

After the walk, we invite you to relax, while sharing your creation with the group. Of course, sharing is entirely optional. You are just as welcome to keep your work private if that feels right for you.
