You’ll be gently introduced to the world of crystals in a way that feels accessible and empowering. Julia will guide you through:
How to recognise and understand different crystals
How to feel their energy (yes, you can do this!)
How to choose a crystal intuitively, not from the mind, but from your inner knowing
This is about building confidence in your own intuition, not memorising information.
✨ Create - your personal talisman
You’ll then be guided to create your own crystal talisman, a meaningful piece infused with your intention.
This isn’t just something pretty to take home… it’s something that holds your energy, your focus, and your story.
(And don’t worry no artistic skills required. If you can choose a crystal, you can do this 😉)
✨ Restore - with Kaz
To complete the journey, you’ll be invited to lie down, get cosy, and be guided through a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra thorough the Chakras, accompanied by sound.
This is where everything integrates, your body softens, your mind quiets, and your nervous system finally gets a chance to exhale.
Yes… this is the part where you do absolutely nothing and it’s exactly what you need.
