Diving right into balancing the mental , emotional, physical and spiritual self with the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, sacred drums, calming chimes and relaxing tunes of various instruments as we Intuitively lead you through this journey of self discovery. To add to the wonderful experience, join us for a Mindful Breath Meditation before the sound event!
