Helen Beale, The Deep Body, will be hosting another Sound Bath on Tuesday 24 June from 2-3pm. Helen has many years of experience with these Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls. The bowls she plays are made of 99.9% pure quartz with added blends of gemstones, minerals and metals. Their sound frequency can be used to retune us physically, mentally and emotionally; bringing us back into a state of vibrational alignment and harmony.
