Come and enjoy a relaxing and healing sound bath. Using crystal sound bowls, Erin will give you space and time to rest, recuperate and energise.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. If you prefer you can bring a camping chair, or one can be supplied if you need one due to mobility issues.
