Join us and energy worker Carrie Galligan for an afternoon of stress relief while she plays various crystal singing bowls. Their unique, deep sounds create a frequency that resonates deep into the body. Don’t miss this opportunity to sit, relax, and let things go!
This free event will take place at the library after hours.
Carrie is a MS Ambassador and will share at the beginning of this event a little bit about Multiple Sclerosis and how it affects many in our community.
