Crystal Bowl Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice that uses powerful resonance and vibrations produced by singing bowls. Made from pure quartz crystal the beautiful tones emitted may help release muscle tension reduce stress and promote a sense of harmony from within.
Please join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and enjoy a 'Healing and Letting Go' themed sound bowl healing journey set to music as you relax heal chakra imbalances and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
Price is $21 per session. Limited yoga mats bolsters and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
