This wonderful Crystal Sound Bath Meditation combines the soothing energy of Crystals with the healing tones of a Sound Bath to provide the perfect opportunity for you to relax and recharge.
We ask that you arrive at 6:20pm so you are settled for a 6:30pm start, the session ends at 7:50pm to give you time to slowly come round and be ready to leave at 8pm.
You are welcome to bring whatever blankets and Pillows needed to make yourself comfortable throughout.
