Join us Friday evening at 5:30 pm. Bring a yoga mat and pillows for comfort to lie down on or a meditation pillow. We have chairs if you prefer to sit. This is an opportunity to close your eyes, relax, and practice deep meditative breathing as you feel the vibrations of the different tones of the seven bowls working on different areas of your body.
The bowls are played continuously for 45 mins.
