Have you wanted to learn how to play crystal singing bowls?
Do you currently use crystal singing bowls but want to take your practice and understanding to a deeper level?
This two hour immersive workshop with Jesse Cale, Founder of hOm Sound & Meditation, is welcome to beginners and intermediate as a continuation from the Crystal Singing Bowl 101 Workshop.
This next workshop will cover:
Hands-on Patterns using a variety of dynamics and playing styles covered in 101

• Minor Harmonic Pairs & Associated Bowls
• Emotional Response (more in depth)
• Structuring your Sound Bath
• Achieving your Intention (Journey, Relaxation, Meditation)
• Sound Bath Composition
• And if we have time | Layering + Adding New Sounds

This is part two of a multi-part sound healing series. This second class focusing on crystal singing bowls is designed to help take your experience with singing bowls deeper.

Do I need to bring my own bowls?
Yes, for 102 please bring your bowls
Do I need prior experience with crystal singing bowls?
Yes! If you do not have experience, please join us for Crystal Singing Bowls 101.

Can I still attend even if I don't plan on using my experience for sound baths?
Absolutely. Singing bowls can be used in many ways outside of the context of a sound bath.
Do I need any musical experience to attend?
No! We will be discussing basic harmonic theory in our workshop to help you get started on your journey to creating beautiful sound healing environments for yourself, your friends, or your class.

What to bring

Please bring a pen and water.
You are encouraged to bring a meditation cushion or something to sit on.
If you have a crystal bowl set, you are welcome to bring it, but we will most likely not be using more than one bowl.

There is free parking in the parking lot of Worthington United Methodist Church as well as each green lot on this parking key
