My sessions are more akin to harmonies and melodies for your soul. They’re gentle musically informed and lean into the healing power of musical intervals and sounds. They’re less about melodies and more about frequencies and harmonies to ease the mind body and spirit into a state of bliss and recuperation.

Whilst yoga and the physical and mental benefits of a regular yoga practice are beneficial sound healing and sound baths have a whole new wealth of benefits for you to enjoy. Stress is a major contributor to some of the biggest diseases and killers in the western world and enabling relaxation serenity and calmness allows everyone to ‘reset’ to our original selves. Old ways which have been overlooked are gradually coming back. They are effective and they work!
The gentle waves of harmonious sound from crystal singing bowls encourage the brain to relax. As the brain relaxes it enters different states of being. Slowing the brain waves the body is engulfed with hormones including oxytocin and serotonin natural stress and pain relief. It is also flooded with nitric oxide which aids the immune system.
