Partake in some self-care with an energy realigning crystal and Tibetan singing bowl sound bath. Come spend Tuesday nights with me from 6-7pm at the University Heights Public Library. This event is free to the public.
We will start the session with a gentle meditation followed by pure sound from my crystal singing bowls.
This event can be enjoyed alone or spread the love and bring a friend along.
All levels of meditators welcome!
Please bring with you a yoga mat or pad, a blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, or anything that helps set a peaceful and restorative mood for yourself. Come 10 minutes early to find a space and set yourself up for some healing vibrational sounds.
