Join me for an early morning guided healing meditation, where we will connect with our own energy and deepen that connection through crystals. This event will be a group healing session guided by me into a gentle and balanced start to your day.
Suitable for beginners, meditation and crystal lovers alike. We can provide chairs if you’re unable to lay on the floor.
