Crystal Grid Workshop for Stress and Anxiety Relief!Join us for a transformative workshop with Chakra Buds Founder, Toni Sullivan who has designed a fun day for all of us to harness the calming energies of crystals to alleviate stress and anxiety. In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to create and activate a crystal grid specifically aimed at promoting relaxation and emotional balance.

**What to Expect:**
-Introduction to Crystals:Discover the properties of various crystals known for their soothing effects.
- Grid Creation: Guided by our instructor, you'll design your own crystal grid using selected stones tailored to your personal needs.
- Meditation and Mindfulness: Experience guided meditations to enhance your connection to the grid and deepen your relaxation.
-Take-Home Kit:Each participant will leave with a mini crystal grid kit, including crystals and instructions for continued practice at home.
Who Should Attend: This workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned crystal enthusiasts.
