Allow Michelle Alva, Mindset & Intimacy Coach, to guide you on a journey to deep relaxation with Shamanic drum beats to soothe your heart, Native American Flute to expand your breath, and align all chakras with chakra crystals and healing tones.

Each person will learn:

1. How to assess which energy centers are out of balance, and how to harmonize and energize with chakra sound healing crystals, tones and affirmations.
2. How to use expansive breathing exercises with mindful and meditative sound practices to calm our mind and re-set our nervous system.
3. The power of our words with NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) to re-frame our sub-conscious mind to orient us to love and abundance.

Your Guide:
