Level I will be a comparison of Bronze Singing Bowls with/ Crystal Bowl Certified Training for meditative uses.
This training will help you understand playing methods to enhance your skill set while learning various meditation techniques.
How to properly use the mallets and bowl placements for different room settings. Understanding some different ways sound works, plus what kind of speed, pressure, and rotation to use for different singing bowls.
How to deepen a meditative experience and more.
We will compare different singing bowls, discuss the theory behind their uses, and outline the sound quality you should look for when choosing a singing bowl to work with, or how to build your own harmonic set.
The Field is the invisible force all around us. The field is the source from which everything comes. Learning how to quiet the brain with these meditative uses will be very helpful, as 75% of ailments are created in the brain.
