Relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Join Mike McGuigan, who has over 20 years of experience as a multi-instrumentalist. Enjoy the physical and mental experience while listening to the crystal bowl sound vibrations. Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket and/or a yoga mat if you want to be on the floor. We also have chairs available for those wanting to be seated.
Pre-register for $22 or drop in for $24.
