Come and lie down and get cosy for a Sound Healing Journey with a difference!
We will begin with a deep relaxation to let go of the day, as well as setting an intention for the practice.
A drum beat will settle the breath, percussion will settle the mind and the bowls and percussion instruments will send healing frequencies through your whole body!
The Sound Bath will send you into a deep relaxed state as you rest, restore and rejuvenate the whole body, mind and spirit.
There are contra-indications to Sound Healing, like Tinnitus, first trimester of pregnancy, pacemaker etc so please email me [email protected] with any queries.
Tickets are £22.00 pp or £40.00 to Bring A Friend.
Tickets include teas, cake and dried fruit to ground and nourish.
