Crystal Bowls and Gong Sound Bath

This is a new and evolving sound bath combining crystal singing bowls, including Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls, with the deep resonance of a Grotta Sonora gong.

These 60-minute sessions are designed to support deep rest and relaxation, helping you to slow down, release tension and step away from everyday demands. Each session will be slightly different, with the instruments, structure and flow changing over time, while always holding a clear intention to create a calm and grounding experience.

We’ll begin with a brief introduction and a short breathing practice before settling into the sound bath. You’ll then rest comfortably as the sound unfolds around you, with the instruments played in different positions throughout the space to create an immersive experience.

No previous experience is needed. Mats, blankets and bolsters are provided.

Spaces are limited to keep the session feeling spacious and supported.
