Help us welcome the cooler fall season while enjoying a relaxing meditation using singing bowls. Join Kathie, experienced yoga instructor, in a crystal bowl sound bath session.The program is recommended for teens and adults.
You must bring your own mats and foam yoga blocks. For your comfort, you may want to bring a blanket or additional mats for extra padding.
