Join our beginner yoga instructor, Kathie, in a crystal bowl sound bath. This session will guide you through a relaxing meditation using singing bowls.
You must bring your own mats and blocks. For your comfort, you may want to bring a blanket or additional mats for extra padding.
The cost is $5 per person. The program is recommended for teens and adults.
