During each sound bath Leslie Chisnell RN, LMT YT-200 Nurse Coach and Sound Healing Practitioner will weave together breath work, mediation and a full body crystal bowl sound immersion. This experience will support deep relaxation and emotional clarity. It is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, nervous system regulation, or a moment for inner reflection.
What to Bring: a yoga mat, 2 pillows, a blanket or two and dress in layers for comfort.
