The vibrational frequency of sound bowls and other musical instruments reduces stress, tension, and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing of the mind and body starts to begin.
Please join us at the DePere Community Center for this ‘Spiritual Journey' Crystal Bowl Sound Bath session and discover healing through music, meditation, and sound vibrations for the ultimate mind, body, and spirit experience.
Price is $22 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
