🕯Come and join myself Verity for a beautiful guided grounding meditation & healing session using pure quartz crystal singing bowls.
Each bowl is tuned to one of our energy centres 'Chakras' in our bodies. I have also programmed Reiki & Crystal healing within my bowls to create a deeper level of healing.
Calm your mind and body. Release negative energy and return to a natural state of calm and wellbeing🕯
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat or something padded to lay on, a blanket, pillow, and an eye pillow if desired.
