Sound bathing is the practice of intentionally resting in wave of harmonic sound which envelop and surround your body. The sound frequencies of each crystal bowl correlate to chakras in the body to open and cleanse the energy system, and ultimately raise the vibration of mind and body. The pure, high frequency sounds of crystal bowls resonate and entrain with out physical, emotional and energetic bodies, or the chakra system, bringing the possibility of clearing, cleansing and balancing at the cellular level.
Allow the enchanting resonance of crystal singing bowls and h harmonious soundscapes to wash over you, guiding your mind into a state of profound serenity. Sound bath therapy helps release tension, clear energy blockages, and harmonize your chakras.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or any other accoutrements needed for your comfort. You are welcome and encourage to bring any crystals or water to charge up.
