Join Zoe for a relaxing and restorative crystal bowl sound bath and meditation. Enjoy full body relaxation whilst being fully immersed in the beautiful energy and the tranquil vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. All you need to do is join us in the space, lay yourself down, rest, relax and rebalance.
What is a sound bath?
Sound baths offer a spa-like retreat from the everyday. “Sometimes in life, we feel anxious. We feel stressed. We find ourselves holding on to negative energy or feeling heaviness in our heart,” says Schieffelin. “Sound baths will give you the opportunity to let go of all of that and return to a state of calm and well-being.”

The price for this experience is £15. £5 deposit to secure place
This includes refreshments
Arrive at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start
