Crystal Bowl Sound Bath and Meditation | Grand Opening of Yoga of the Mind

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: Join us for a sound bath session that combines the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with toning to create a meditative and transformative experience. Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and water. We offer chairs as well. We will start with 10 minutes of toning, then lie back for approximately 45 minutes and let the vibration from the crystal bowls surround and indwell you. Unwind, recharge, and elevate your vibration with us!

Join us for the Grand Reopening of Yoga of the Mind! You are invited to this free two-day event, which will offer Practical Techniques for Inner Peace amidst the challenges and changes of our time.

David Stevens and Rochelle Fisher are the curators of the Yoga of the Mind, practical methods for personal and spiritual growth, designed to help you embrace your authentic self.

You will use our short active meditation style that even the wigglest of you can do. Our short active meditation will keep your busy mind engaged with energy work while you sit quietly, either in a chair or on the floor.

Our Grand Reopening Event marks an exciting new chapter for Yoga of the Mind as we welcome both current and future students to our new, much larger studio located in the heart of Denver at 23 N. Lincoln Street.
