Hi friends! You’ve asked for a sound bath with no yoga- no movement- here it is! Please join us for a one of a kind sound healing meditation. Beth will lead you through a short guided meditation to help you relax and settle into the space, followed by a relaxing sound bath using Crystal Tones alchemy crystal bowls- the highest quality crystal bowls in the world. Beth's personal set includes bowls made of pure gemstones such as Emerald, Ruby, Smoky Quartz, Moldavite, Sedona Redrock and more. Sound healing will also include other instruments such as chimes, medicine drum, gong and more.
All are welcome, no experience necessary!
