No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to take this course. Regardless of your experience with meditation and/or instruments, we promise that our Foundations course in Vibration will meet you right where you are.This class requires you to have your own Crystal Bowls and bring them with you.
We do not provide the bowls for you to play. This is perfect for anyone that has purchased their Crystal Bowl Bowl Set and want a deeper understanding, taking a dive into learning your own bowls, frequency and working with your Sound Therapy for yourself or other .

The intention behind our introductory course is to empower you on your journey of self healing and personal expression by healing through the playing of your Singing Bowls.
Used for self and group healing methods.
This class will provide an opportunity for participants to share and ask questions.
Covering vibration understanding and learn about the history of sound, how frequencies interact with one another and the body. The impact of our state of consciousness, the roots of dis-ease and how sound can support well-being, and the use of intention to enhance the benefits of sound and meditation.
