Crystal & Aroma Meditation

Join us for Our 3rd Meditation Class at Saje in Orchard Park Mall! This comprehensive and grounding experience employs the power of crystals and aromatic oils! Discover easy ways to quiet your mind and weave self-care rituals into your daily life. The evening will be a guided meditation and breathwork class that: Utilizes the healing power Crystals and Essential Oils to help sooth and ground you! This workshop will be instructed by our in-house Wiccan-herbalist, Codey Moore with the aid of our experienced meditation teacher, Heather Hollingdale. Space is limited, and we’d love to see you there! 6-7pm on July 22, 2024.

Crystals will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring in stones that resonate with you!
