Join us in this beautiful ceremony to shift into gratitude and attune yourself for the day ahead. Herbal tea will be offered and time to connect with our community afterward is welcomed.

Immerse yourself in the exquisite sound of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls which have calming and healing frequencies to balance and clear your nervous system, harmonize your body, and relax your mind. Connect your subconscious mind to your conscious mind during the transformative brainwave shifts that will take place at the same time you are connecting with the mother Earth and your fellow humans!

WHAT ARE SOUNDBATHS?

Soundbaths are like deep tissue massages for the entire body that recalibrate every cell of your body through frequency. You will feel energized and calm at the same time afterward with a heightened sense of love & wellbeing! The perfect gift to give yourself anytime!

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and blankets and layers to cover up with. Hat and eyemasks also recommended.

LOCATION:

The location is at the end of AVENUE E on the beach. Go down the ramp to the sand, and you will see us right there to the right. Parking is on the street. If you are running late, come quietly and we will check you in afterward.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We will start with some connection and then we will move into your intentions, breath, and grounding accompanied by powerful healing sounds of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls and other various instruments. All you do is RELAX. At the end you will have the opportunity to journal and share.
