Introducing the full CRX Croissant Collection—available together for the first time.Each Saturday in March, we debuted a signature CRX—shaped, filled and finished with intention. On Saturday, April 19, we’re bringing all four together for a one-day-only showcase.
It’s the perfect weekend to share something special with friends or family visiting for the holiday—or to stop in for a slow, flavor-filled morning.
Our CRX croissants are hand-shaped, small-batch, and built on bold, thoughtful combinations you won’t find anywhere else.
On the menu (while they last):
Almond CRX
Buttery croissant filled with house-made almond frangipane and topped with toasted sliced almonds and powdered sugar.
Dubai Chocolate CRX
Belgian chocolate and pistachio pastry cream wrapped in golden layers, dipped in dark couverture chocolate, and finished with pistachios, sea salt, and edible gold.
Strawberry Milk Crompouce CRX (KROM-poos)
A spring-inspired nod to the Dutch tompouce. Filled with strawberry diplomat cream, topped with a strawberry glaze, white chocolate drizzle, and crushed strawberries.
Monte Cristo CRX
Our Signature Ham and Swiss croissant filled and topped with European seedless raspberry then sprinkled with turbinado sugar and brûléed to golden perfection with just a touch of sweetness.
