Someone wakes up. It is a working man. They are a bug! Sounds familiar, doesn't it...Insects in lab coats, an exterminator's moral crisis, a rude bug, lamp-obsessed moths and phone-life balance: this playful work hops from scene to scene, crafting an absurd odyssey through the minds of two clowns.
CRUSH THE BUG is a new New Zealand clown work from recent Ecole Phillipe Gaulier alumni Daniel Nodder and Sean Burnett Dugdale-Martin. After successful development in New Zealand and internationally, these award-hoarding clowns have concocted an interactive clown show about confusion, metamorphosis, togetherness, and humans' great capacity for passionate distractedness.
