Crush 2024 is a business event focusing on the following topics: modern leadership, equality, the future, and entrepreneurship. The theme for the Crush 2024 is Be a Rebel, which reminds us that we all can take the responsibility of creating change.

Crush also has a separate track focused on entrepreneurship, sponsored by Ukko.fi.

The event's keynote speakers are the bestselling author and award-winning photographer Lola Akinmade Åkerström from Sweden, Candice Brathwaite, the Vice President of Copywriting at JPMorgan in the USA, and Monika Liikamaa, co-CEO and one of the founders of Enfuce. In addition, close to 30 leaders, business influencers, and a member of the parliament, Fatim Diarra, will be speaking at the event. Speakers include women leaders from companies like Google, Microsoft, Moomin, THL, OURA, and multiple CEOs and business founders.
