Join Crusader Community Health for a ribbon cutting and open house celebrating Crusader Community Health on Linden!
The ribbon cutting is at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, followed by an open house until 6:30 p.m. The clinic will open July 7 for scheduled patient care and CrusaderNOW! immediate care services.
The opening celebrates expanded access to high quality primary care for patients in south Rockford, Rochelle, Winnebago, Belvidere and rural areas. At Linden, initially five providers will support adult & family medicine, pediatrics and women’s health, in addition to providers for behavioral health and CrusaderNOW! immediate care. It will give patients another option for care that’s closer to home, or where they work or play.
