Here we are - 10 years in the making.
10 years of honouring my Dad (FE) and raising funds for the Heart Foundation.
These events aren't races - it's about getting your body moving, enjoying the outdoors and sharing it with likeminded people.
So, now we have hit the double digits - this year, it's time to add an extra addition.
We will be doing 10km all up to mark 10 years - 1km of swimming and 9km of running/walking.
People can register for either the swim/run (or walk) combo or just the run/walk.
Swim leg will be 8:00-9:00am and then there will be a second start time at 9:10 when all runners/walkers leave together.
Ticket cost will include:
Swim/Run = t-shirt, pool entry, swim cap and donation
Run = t-shirt and donation.
Additional donations will be gladly accepted and there will be raffle tickets to purchase also
