About this Event
Car Show - Held from 12 to 5pm in Downtown McMinnville, Oregon. Timed entry CHECK IN located at Yamhill County Offices (formerly Oregon Mutual Insurance) parking lot, entrance located on 5th street near Baker Street. Car Show participants: Check-in will be in selected time slots beginning at 7:30am to ease congestion in getting parked.
PLEASE PLAN ON STAYING UNTIL 5PM, this is a closed show.
Goodie bags will go to the first 200 cars to arrive.
$30.00 Registration for Show Cars. Car Show admission for spectators is FREE!
Cruising - Will be held from 5 to 9 pm and is FREE!
SUNDAY POKER RUN - this year we are partnering with local nonprofit See Ya Later Foundation for the Cruising McMinnville Victory Lap Poker Run (presented by Visit McMinnville) on SUNDAY 8/23/26. Buy-in is $25 and the route is a beautiful drive through the McMinnville area countryside. Join us for a cruise for a cause on Sunday!

Registration is required for the Car Show and costs $30 per car with limited number of spots available.
Ticket Purchase Agreement: In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the Event(s), the registrant releases and discharges Cruising McMinnville and all sponsors, their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, servants, and/or anyone connected with management or presentation of any known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant, participant, or spectator to the persons or property. Also, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all forgoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of any form and all liability occasioned resulting from conduct of any entrant, participant, or spectator or under the direction of purchase by participants and the general public at the event.
Cruising McMinnville Code of Conduct
Cruising McMinnville is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and family-friendly environment for all participants, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, spectators, and community members.
All attendees are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy. Discriminatory, derogatory, threatening, harassing, intimidating, or otherwise disruptive behavior based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
Participants must operate vehicles responsibly and comply with all event rules, applicable laws, and directions from event staff, volunteers, and public safety personnel. Reckless driving, burnouts, excessive revving, unsafe conduct, violence, vandalism, or behavior that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others is prohibited.
Cruising McMinnville reserves the right to remove any participant, vehicle, vendor, sponsor, volunteer, or attendee from the event for conduct that violates this Code of Conduct or otherwise compromises the event's safety, integrity, or family-friendly nature. Refunds will not be issued to individuals removed for violations. Serious incidents will be referred to local law enforcement.
By registering for or attending Cruising McMinnville, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Info: Check in at Yamhill County Offices (formerly Oregon Mutual Insurance) parking lot at 400 NE Baker St (entrance on 5th St). Pick up your registration packet before heading to 3rd Street to be parked for the car show. Goodie bags will go to the first 200 cars to arrive.

Info: Raffle drawings are held at 1:00 and 3:00 - be sure to visit our raffle area on Davis Street to see the amazing raffle and silent auction items! Raffle and Silent Auction proceeds help support the Cruising McMinnville Scholarship Fund for local students attending Trade School

Info: Bring the kids down to the Kid Zone for fun activities, including face painting and lego building. Kid Zone is located in the parking lot of Praise Church on 3rd Street.

Info: The Cruising McMinnville Victory Lap Poker Run is a partnership with local nonprofit See Ya Later Foundation. Join us Sunday morning for a beautiful drive and a chance to win some fun money. Poker hands are available for purchase when you sign up for the car show on Eventbrite and more information will be available at our Poker Run Booth at the Saturday car show.
