Cruising McMinnville 2025 Car Show Registration

Car Show - Held from 12 to 5pm in Downtown McMinnville, Oregon. Timed entry CHECK IN located at Oregon Mutual Insurance parking lot, entrance located on 5th street near Baker Street. Car Show participants: Check-in will be in selected time slots beginning at 7:30am to ease congestion in getting parked.

Goodie bags will go to the first 200 cars to arrive.

$25.00 Registration for Show Cars. Car Show admission for spectators is FREE!

Cruising - Will be held from 5 to 9 pm and is FREE!

Cruising McMinnville is a safe place for all - children & adults are welcome from all walks of life. Join us in celebrating community and cars together!

Registration is required for the Car Show and costs $25 per car with limited number of spots available.

Ticket Purchase Agreement: In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the Event(s), the registrant releases and discharges Cruising McMinnville and all sponsors, their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, servants, and/or anyone connected with management or presentation of any known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant, participant, or spectator to the persons or property. Also, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all forgoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of any form and all liability occasioned resulting from conduct of any entrant, participant, or spectator or under the direction of purchase by participants and the general public at the event.

Info: Check in at Oregon Mutual Insurance parking lot at 400 NE Baker St (entrance on 5th St). Pick up your registration packet before heading to 3rd Street to be parked for the car show. Goodie bags will go to the first 200 cars to arrive.

Info: Car show on Historic 3rd Street in Downtown McMinnville. This is a closed event, please plan on staying all day. Explore the many shops, restaurants and tasting rooms downtown!

Info: Stop by our merchandise booth on Davis Street and pick up a t-shirt, sweatshirt, hat & sticker. All sales help support the Cruising McMinnville Scholarship Fund for local students attending Trade School

Info: Raffle drawings are held at 1:00 and 3:00 - be sure to visit our raffle area on Davis Street to see the amazing raffle and silent auction items! Raffle and Silent Auction proceeds help support the Cruising McMinnville Scholarship Fund for local students attending Trade School

Info: Bring the kids down to the Kid Zone for fun activities, including face painting and lego building. Watch the Pinewood Derby races and cheer for your favorite car! Kid Zone is located in the parking lot of Praise Church on 3rd Street.

Info: Join us at the Main Stage Presented by The Pub for our Car Show Awards. Our handmade trophies are unlike any other - stop by and see them throughout the show and come find out at 4:00 pm who takes home the Best In Show!

Info: Our Cruise begins at 5:00 pm SHARP! Be at your car to start our cruise by following the direction of our traffic control personnel. Thank you for helping make this a smooth start to our evening cruise!
