The 5th annual Cruisin' Raintree event will be June 6th (with a June 13th rain date) from roughly 4-10pm, TBD based upon the number of parties. Follow the Raintree Events page for the most up-to-date information and discussion. (Rain date June 13th)
***This event is open to Raintree residents and their accompanied guests on Raintree-registered golf carts, cars, classic cars, or whatever street-legal transportation you have. Come as you are, just make sure the person driving has a license!
We will plot a series of driveway / garage parties throughout Raintree on a party map. Residents and their accompanied guests will be able to cruise through the subdivision to check out these privately held parties, meet 'n mingle with neighbors all over Raintree, and then converge at a central party at/after 8pm at an East Vista home for live entertainment! Note that you don't have to live on the lake to participate.
We'll post the party map beforehand with stops to specifically check out during the cruise. Details to follow.
OPTIONS IF YOU'D LIKE TO PARTICIPATE-
1) We can list your address on the cruising map in the days leading up to the event if you want to have a driveway/garage party and join in the fun. It doesn't have to be anything extravagant...or it can be!
Please direct message Kim Sebaugh with your address and party name for inclusion.
2) You can put balloons on your mailbox the night of the event to signify participation if you decide to have a garage/driveway party at the last minute.
3) All individual parties should wind down and participants should converge at the central party location at/just after 8pm for live entertainment.
4) Be ready to hit the streets in your golf cart / classic car / lifted Jeep / whatever street legal to do some cruisin' and meet your neighbors!
This our 5th annual cruise. Previous cruises have been widely acknowledged as seriously fun. We'd like to make this year another fun event for all to celebrate our wonderful Raintree lifestyle. WE NEED YOU to make this a success!
***Do not drink and drive. We have many nice neighbors who can give you a ride instead. Raintree Events will compile a map of times/places for these privately held entertainment items; however, your voluntary participation in such is at your personal risk and discretion.
