Important Pre-Registration Announcement Note to Parents/Guardians and Attendees

Children’s ride-on Power Wheels are strongly encouraged to attend and participate for trophies. (Maximum participation age: 14 years.) However, for the safety of all attendees—including participants, spectators, vehicles, bikes, entertainment, tents, and tables—it is important to follow these safety guidelines:

1. No Driving During the Event:Outside of designated entry and exit times, there will be absolutely no driving of Power Wheels around the show/venue. This is for everyone's safety.
2. Pre-Registration Agreement:By pre-registering, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this driving/operating rule/policy. Operations of Power Wheels will be strictly limited to entering and exiting the venue only.
3. Battery Safety Requirement:All Power Wheels must have their batteries unplugged and signed off at registration to prevent accidental or unintended operation during the event.
4. Parental/Guardian Responsibility:Parents/guardians will be required to sign off confirming that the battery has been disconnected at the time of staging and registration.

We have a designated pavilion area specifically for staging and participating children’s entries. This enclosed and covered space will not only help keep the children safe, together, and making new friends, but it will also provide a comfortable place for them and their parents/guardians to relax out of the sun for the duration of the show.

Our goal is to ensure that children, parents, participants, and all attendees can enjoy the event safely and without worry. To achieve this, we ask for your full cooperation with our #1 safety rule, which will be strictly enforced:

👉 Children's ride-on vehicles must remain within the designated area and may only be operated for official entry and exit purposes.

We sincerely hope not to ask anyone to leave, but we reserve the right to remove any vehicle or participant that does not comply. This policy is in place for the safety and well-being of everyone, especially the children.
