We’ll begin by wandering the fields of Evergreen Oasis Farm, intuitively selecting fresh flowers that call to you. These blooms will become your personal crown. A symbol of your energy, your intention, and the version of you you’re stepping into this summer.
Once crowned, we’ll move together through a gentle, sun-inspired flow. Honoring the warmth, vitality, and life-giving energy of the sun with intentional movement and breath.
From there, you’ll be guided into deep rest as you settle in for a soothing sound bath, allowing the experience to fully integrate into your body, mind, and spirit. Let the layers soften. Let the noise quiet. Let yourself receive.
