Crowned & Connected : Healing & Empowerment Through Art

Join us for a transformative event celebrating the power of art, sisterhood, and healing. This unique gathering creates a safe space for women to share personal stories, explore creativity as a tool for empowerment, and connect through meaningful discussions and activities.

The event kicks off with an inspiring short dance film by Yin Yang Twinz, followed by a heartfelt conversation during the panel discussion “Healing Through Art & Sisterhood: Shedding Shadows.” Featuring dynamic speakers, including artists, storytellers, and therapists, the panel will address overcoming trauma, building self-worth, and the role of art in fostering mental wellness.

Participants will then take part in an interactive Sister Circle with rotating sessions led by Bolu and Anika. These activities include movement exercises, self-love affirmations, and creative art-making, offering tools for emotional release, self-reflection, and personal growth.

The day concludes with light lunch and networking, group reflections, and a collective empowerment activity, leaving everyone feeling inspired, connected, and uplifted.
